Material benefits

Abrasion resistance
Built to withstand wear in demanding environments.
Good hydraulic properties
Optimized flow performance for efficient systems.
High impact/tensile strength
Durable under mechanical stress and pressure.
Low weight
Easy to handle, transport, and install on site.
Chemical resistance
uPVC pipes resist damage from alkalis and acids alike.
Environmental
PVC uses fewer renewable resources and is extensively recyclable.
Smoothness
Smooth inner surfaces allow significantly greater flow compared to non-PVC alternatives.
Flame resistance
High kindling point; self-extinguishing without external ignition (exceeding 450°C).

Manufacturing

From compound to certified pipe

Four stages, with independent testing before dispatch.

  1. Step 01

    Raw material

Virgin compound selected per product line — uPVC, PPR-C, PE 100, and food-grade LLDPE for water storage.

  2. Step 02

    Extrusion & moulding

Pipes are extruded to the wall thickness the standard calls for; tanks are formed by rotational moulding.

  3. Step 03

    Quality control

Strict in-house quality control procedures, backed by tests conducted at third-party laboratories.

  4. Step 04

    Packaging & dispatch

Socketed, bundled and stacked on flat platforms so product leaves the plant in specification and arrives that way.

Storage & handling

How to keep product in specification between delivery and installation.

  • Stack pipes on flat, level surfaces

  • Ensure surfaces are free from sharp objects

  • Store loose pipes on stable platforms

  • Pay careful attention during loading and off-loading

  • Avoid dragging pipes to prevent damage from sharp edges

Certifications

Verified outside these walls

Our products undergo strict quality control procedures and tests conducted by third-party laboratories to ensure compliance with international standards.

ISO 9001

IND 19.6002

The international standard for quality management systems — documented procedures, traceability, and continuous improvement across every production run.

Bureau Veritas Certification

IND 19.6002

Certification issued and audited by an independent, internationally accredited body rather than self-declared in-house.

KOMO

Product certification

Dutch quality mark for building products — independent assessment of product conformity where KOMO certification applies.
